Your Ice Machine and Preventive Maintenance

Summer time is right around the corner and now is the time to make sure your ice machine is ready for the brutal summer New Mexico in know for. Preventive maintenance of your machine is always a good idea since we know that in the heat of summer, the last thing you want to go down is your ice machine. If your calling in for your own parts, remember to ask about ice machine cleaner and water filter replacement as well.

Summer time is not the time to discover you do not have a preventive maintenance program for your refrigeration equipment. Our Preventive maintenance dept is adept in making sure your refrigeration equipment can and will run to its full potential during the brutal heat that we in New Mexico  are accustomed too. If you do not have a  PM program in place I would call as soon as possible and ask to speak to Mark or Ruben about getting one set in place.

Middleby Marshall, Pitco and Blodgett

R & B is proud to announce the partnership with Middleby Marshall, Pitco and Blodgett. These are three lines we have been wanting to represent for quite some time. R & B will be doing warranty work for all three lines and we have already expanded our inventory to accommodate our customers. We  have in the past few months held manufacturer represented schools for all three line to insure you, our customer that our technicians are current in all of the models these lines have to offer.

 I am sure you have seen the differences we have made and we will continue to update and build the site for the benefit of our Customers.  Here at R & B Commercial Service, we take customer service very seriously. This begins with a simple phone call to keep you, our customer, in the loop of what is going on with your unit. With 15 technicians and the largest parts inventory for restaurant equipment in the state, we believe this gives us an edge in getting the job done right and in a timely manner. Your satisfaction is our first priority.

In early October, R&B purchased the client data base and phone number from H & H sales here in Albuquerque and we have started to receive calls from those customers. We would like to say thank you and welcome to R & B, your business is deeply appreciated.

Our service dept is growing rapidly and we are adding Technicians and services as we move forward to better serve our customers. We have three CFESA Certified Master technicians on call and certified CFESA technicians in refrigeration and cooking equipment that are currently working on their Master technician status. This helps not only R & B in professional service but also lets you the customer know we take pride in our work and are trying to better ourselves as a company.

We were lucky enough to add a couple manufactures to our line card, such as Jade, Hollymatic and Bizerba and will be stocking parts for these companies.  We can drop ship these items to you directly, helping you get your customer or your equipment up as quickly as possible.  And talking about parts, if you go to our parts dept. link you can take a view at what parts we currently stock. Although at this time we do not have a live inventory picture, it is something we will be working on in the future to better serve our technicians and you, our customer.

We are also now offering grocery store scales and labels and have added a web page to help determine the most common labels that are currently in use in the surrounding area.  We are also starting  to get into the field with parts and service for Butcher shops and Meat Markets. This is a new venture for us and we are looking forward to serving these customers.
